Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a form of psychotherapy in which the client is treated on a one-on-one basis with a therapist which may encompass a different array of treatment styles that best matches the clients mental health needs.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy is a form of psychotherapy in which a therapist with clinical experience working with couples helps two people involved in a romantic relationship gain insight into their relationship, resolve conflict and improve relationship satisfaction utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions.
Family Therapy
Family therapy is a type of psychotherapy that can help family members improve communication and resolve conflicts. The goal of the therapy is to help family members identify how specific behaviors affect others, learn new ways of relating to each other, resolve conflicts, and open lines of communication between all family members.
Group Therapy
Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy in which a group of individuals meets to discuss a common problem with similar experiences. Group counseling sessions take place under the guidance and supervision of a licensed therapist. The group leader (therapist) gives the group a set of rules designed to help facilitate conversation, connection, and growth among the individuals assembled. The size of therapy groups are 6-8 individuals. The process of sharing personal information with the group and learning from others’ stories is the foundation of a successful group therapy session.
Welcome Mommy
A bi-weekly support group for new moms to connect with others and process the challenges of postpartum, learn self-care practices, and celebrate the joy & beauty of motherhood.
Navigating Fatherhood
A bi-weekly support group geared towards new dads to help problem solve through connections and shared resources amongst a group of men learning to navigate fatherhood together.
PEERS® Social Skills for Young Adults
PEERS® for Young Adults is an evidence-based social skills intervention for motivated adults who are interested in making and keeping friends and/or developing romantic relationships. Young Adults and social coaches (including parents or caregivers) attend 16 weekly group sessions. Young adults are taught social skills through didactic lessons and role-play demonstrations, and practice these skills during group socialization activities. Social coaches attend separate sessions simultaneously and are taught how to assist young adults in making and keeping friends and/or dating.
